Lawn Maintenance & Care
Andrew’s performs lawn maintenance, lawn enhancements, and various lawn and tree care services throughout the season. Whether you are looking for annual spring and fall cleanups or summer lawn cutting services, Andrew’s can automatically renew services from year-to-year at our customer’s convenience.
Andrew’s runs on an application to application schedule, unless otherwise advised by our customers. We understand that under some circumstances a cancellation of service is unavoidable and we do our best to to handle the situation as best as possible. However, if a cancellation of service is received after one of our technicians has already prepared the invoice and scheduled the visit, you will obligated to return payment for that service. Andrew’s asks that all customer’s give a 48-hour notice for all cancellations as to not cause inconvenience for us or for you.
Pets must be indoors and all gates must be unlocked for a scheduled service to be performed. If you need notification prior to our visits, please request a call ahead message.
Gates & Pets
Andrew’s would appreciate any and all pets to remain indoors while we perform lawn services. Please let us know ahead of time if you foresee your pet being outside and take proper precautions. Andrew’s also kindly asks that all gates be unlocked prior to service. If Andrew’s happens to damage a sprinkler head or other property while performing a service, please contact us immediately. We will repair the damage or replace an item as soon as possible.
Although not intentional, it is possible that Andrew’s accidentally damages a sprinkler head or other piece of property while performing a service. If we ever damage something on your property, please contact us immediately. We will repair the damage or replace an item as soon as possible!
Payment for each service performed is conveniently auto-billed to your credit or debit card. Printed or emailed account activity is available upon request, or can be viewed by logging into your customer account.
